Christmas Deliveries 2011
All orders placed before midnight on 21st December 2011 will be sent via city link courier signed for service and will arrive at the address given before 24th December 2011. Please make sure the address given will have someone available to sign for the delivery.

All priority orders placed before midday on the 22nd December 2011 will be sent via city link priority courier signed for service and will arrive at the address given before 24th December 2011. Please make sure the address given will have someone available to sign for the delivery.

Standard Deliveries
Standard Mainland UK delivery is charged at £5.00. Please see below for postcode guide for delivery area. We generally send goods via CityLink. Smaller items can be sent via Royal Mail Recorded. However, £5.00 covers posting packing and insurance.

You can expect your goods within 7 to 10 days though normally much sooner. Please bear in mind that sometimes we are out of stock of items and so there may be further delays which you will be notified of via email. You have the right to cancel your order with full refund if unable to wait or at any point until we send you a dispatch email and as a rule we do not process payment until goods are ready for dispatch.

Overseas Deliveries
Worldwide orders at present are not available, due to the fragile nature of most of our products.

However we are happy to post items that cannot be broken and are always happy to quote postage for individual items based on there weight and fragility.

UK Islands - see below To give you an idea a quote of £45.00 will be charged for postage to these areas for large orders to cover heavy and valuable items. However, don’t be put off! If you have a small, lower value order we will be likely to get you a much cheaper shipping charge through Royal Mail and charge you accordingly. Feel free to get in touch if you would like a quote for delivery.

All Orders Please Note
A signature is ALWAYS required. Perhaps it would be easier for you to have your delivery to a work address to make sure that it is delivered directly to you?

Unfortunatly we will have to charge postage re delivery if it's are returned to us if not collected or re delivery attemps have failed.

Returns
If you don’t like something, or it doesn’t fit, or it’s not how you thought it would be, or it's damaged, don't worry! We want our customers to be happy with their purchases. Please do call and let us know as soon as possible though. We will endeavour to fix the problem or alternatively return the item/s in their original condition and we will refund you (excluding postage charges). The responsibility is with you until we receive your parcel so please return via royal mail 2nd class with proof of postage from your Post Office. You must return unwanted items within 14 days and we'd prefer is if you call us first in case we can rectify the problem.

If you would prefer to save a trip to the post office, we are happy to arrange an optional collection for you for returns but please be aware this comes with a non negotiable £16.00 charge (UK mainland only). This will be deducted from your original refund. Simply package the item up and give us a call to collect at your convenience.
